I purchased a firepit table and 6 chairs in June of 2020 from ******* *******. Shortly after the purchase we realized the chairs were put together incorrectly and the legs were woobaly. ******* ******* picked up the set and supposably fixed the problem. This set has been stored every winter inside a barn but normal outside summer exposure. The chairs have been an issue since the first rain, water does not run through so therefore we have to tip chairs every night up against the table. This June we brought out the table and chairs and realized the chairs are cracked unstable as you can see by the pictures. Any upstanding company would stand behind a product that is not holding up to normal use. For gosh sake this set is for outdoor use and any product that costs $1600 should last more than 2 years. 2023 would be year number 3 and this is when we noticed the issue. This company not interested in any problem wow 1 year warranty so to bad. I am very disappointed in all interaction with this company I would discourage anyone I know from purchasing from this company.
