Well let’s start by their motto “like it never happened”. That is not accurate what so ever. I was left with half my walls still ripped out. Damage to other walls. My garbage containment area totally destroyed as well as metal trash cans GONE. Promise of replacement of the vanity never fulfilled. As well as other things along the way. They kept saying that would be fulfilled by the contractor that would come in and do that separately from the mitigation of the water damage. Their “contractor” went over with me what they would do and I presented what changes I wanted made. They never gave me a quote and still haven’t 4 months later. Watch the water usage too. Mine quadrupled normal while they were here. No mention they would be using that much and totally caught me off guard when I got that bill. Corporate as well was no help as “each location is independently owned”. If you ever have any need for ServPro services RUN don’t walk to anybody else that can provide the needed work.

I am sorry you feel that you feel we have not met your expectations. It is unfortunate that the City came by and picked up the debris outside your home, damaging your trash can area. However, we have no control over what the city does, but still offered to replace your waste bins. We had every intention of working with you in the replacement of the vanity, flooring and damaged walls that were removed, however once you started being belligerent to our crews it was our choice to not pursue the restoration portion of your project. When a water line breaks in your home, you water bill will often jump from previous months. Our mitigation and cleanup will use some water but not enough for your bill to quadruple. You may want to follow up with the water company to see if there is anything they can assist you with in this matter. We are independently owned and operated as you found out when you contacted Servpro Headquarters about your trash cans and the area the city damaged. After their investigation, they also found that it should be an issue you need to take to the city. Unfortunately, we cannot please all the people all the time and even though we stive to offer a quality service, we cannot always meet everyone’s expectations and it appears we have fallen short in meeting yours.
