While the BBB does not handle complaints involving the quality of services rendered by most professional services or the rate of billing they may charge, we will handle billing complaints that are in attempt to correct an honest billing error. Complaints concerning professional practices or services would be routinely referred to the professional boards that oversee their licensing and are more qualified to consider such matters.
When choosing a provider of professional services, you may wish to consult friends or relatives for personal referrals, ask about educational and professional qualifications and contact the appropriate state licensing organization.
