      This place is a complete joke. Not once. Not twice. BUT THREE TIMES I have had issues with service. The first time they tore the fabric on the left side interior, second time they put stains on another part of fabric and this last time they messed with the parking brake. Besides that whatever young kid I had to deal with at service talked to me like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about. When I DID. I needed new brakes and he asked “do you “think” you need brakes or do you actually need them??” And when I came in about my parking brake not disengaging he said “why are you trying to take it out?” Like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Also if you don’t want charged an arm and a leg for labor AVOID THIS PLACE. $700 later. ??

      I went in for oil change tire rotation and tire repair. Tires weren't rotated or repaired went back inside they told they were rotated they weren't because the one needing repaired was still in same place took it back in brought it back out said all good tire repaired and tires rotated didn't look until my husband came home tires still not rotated they did repair the one but lied to me twice about rotation

      I purchased a vehicle from Toyota University. During the application process, I asked if the car had a warranty. He said he will get to it. As he proceeded to make me sign a couple of documents. Never once he said any of it was for a warranty. He said I had Platinum coverage which I didn't even know what it meant at that time. So I went home and look at my paperwork. I saw an amount of $1995 added on which was the platinum coverage which I was even explained to at all. The next day I called up to the dealership to remove it, the guy that sold me the car said I can't remove it unless I refinanced my car three months later (which I was going to do anyways). So I took the initiative to call my lender themselves (****** ********* Services). So they told me I had to write a written statement and sign it and mail it to them regarding the situation and to remove my warranty. So basically the salesman lied to me on how to remove it. So I did that and called them a couple of weeks later to check up on it. They say it will take thirty days to change it. I don't get why something like this would take such a long time unless they are trying to make me pay interest on the warranty before they remove it. I don't like the way this company conduct their business with customers who are not familiar with car purchasing from dealership. Usually it takes 4-6 hours to buy a car at a dealership but the process took less than one and half hours and with very minimal explanation. I'm not happy that they added something that I didn't even want and it takes them so long to remove something so easy.

      They removed it for me. I was satisfied although the process took a while. Sorry for the rant.
