            Washing Machine Date 9-4-19 Amount $851.95 The washer will not spin out and we have a warranty they came out 4 times to try to fix the washer each time they said nothing is wrong it was us now the washer takes 5 times to spin out we called back and the owner said he would meet us in the parking lot and beat us up that we are liers also when the second repair man came out he tore apart my filter system in my house and flooded my basement and dented the front of the washer they did nothing to clean up my basement they wont fix the washer and there rude and they threatened us I want a full refund for the washer I don't want them on my property anymore

            After buying over seven major appliances over the years we recently had issues with one and have been completely ignored. We have reached out over and over and they refuse to acknowledge or try to help. Customer service ends after delivery. I am sad to say we will be moving on to another local business after years of OUR LOYALTY and referrals to this company. Buyer beware. We have called and called.

            Thank you for sharing your account of the events. I didn't want to respond to your review while there was an open email communication between the service department and a member of your house. I understand it was frustrating for you for the delay in communication due to illnesses and also frustrating to learn that the warranty had expired. Please feel free to respond to the email if you wanted to proceed with the offer given. It's been two weeks, so I can only assume to close the service request. We do regret it wasn't a good experience for you.
