            United Ambulance transported me from Cambridge OH to Columbus OH on January 16, 2022 for a heart procedure. We got several bills but never received one from United. We kept wondering if we were going to get one. Never did, so we forgot all about it. We received a collection letter in the mail representing United Ambulance in the amount of $1,086.94. The entire bill amount was $2,192.00, apparently they had turned it in to my insurance company to receive payment and got $1,105.06 from them. I don’t understand how they can turn us into a collection agency when they never even tried to contact us. I have tried looking for a number to contact them or an email and was not able to find either one. My wife called the United Ambulance in Cambridge and ask for the number of their billing office and they hung up on her. I would just like to talk to someone and find out why I did not get a bill and drop the collection on me. I refuse to pay it through the collection agency, since I never received a bill. I want to talk to them directly.
