7/17/2014 This is the THIRD time I have responded to a "sale" within FIFTEEN SECONDS of the offering and was denied because they were all sold out. If you don't have more than ONE item to sell, stop trying to sucker folks!!!

Comment from the Business When I looked up ****'s email and zip code in our system, i was able to see that he purchases from two of our media partners in ******. Only one had a deal go up for sale on their site recently. It was this morning. It was for ** *** * *** *** *********. There were 59 deals that went on sale at 9:00am HST/ 3pm EST They were sold out by 9:05:43. This is a VERY popular deal that sells VERY quickly. The amount of deals that are offered is decided by the merchant (** ***). They are first come, first serve. Depending on how quickly you log in your information, the quickness of your web provider, and the quickness of you FINALIZING your purchase (not just putting the item in a shopping cart) will determine whether or not you are succesful in purchasing. Even when you think that the process went quickly enough to be successful, keep in mind that HUNDREDS of people are bidding at the same time that you are. by on 7/17/2014

5/30/2014 Not a fair way of selling limited vouchers. Tried to buy a voucher that was one of 25 being offered. Was online at exactly 9am when vouchers went live, Clicked buy and entered my information within the 5 minutes that the countdown clock gave me before the voucher was given away. Clicked finish and was informed the vouchers were sold out. Called to see if there was a mistake and was told by (rude) customer service that the countdown clock means nothing and the fastest typist wins. If you're unhappy don't bother calling customer service. Kind of relieved I didn't get it, if there was a problem with the voucher and they had my money I'd be far more upset! Won't try to do business with them again just in case I actually "win" a voucher.

Comment from the Business The customer was trying to purchase vouchers from the merchant ******** ********* ***** The merchant allowed 25 to be sold that day. All 25 sold out by 9:07:23am PST. The countdown clock allows you 5 minutes to enter your information and checkout in a timely manner; however, it states clearly that the order is not guaranteed until the checkout is complete. If 25 other purchasers complete it before you do, then they are the winners of the vouchers, and the deal is over because it's sold out. It is impossible for a customer, as well as NeoFill, to see how many others are purchasing and how fast those others are completing the checkout process. Being the third party fulfillment company, it would certainly make our jobs easier if there were an unlimited number of deals available so that every customer would be satisfied. Unfortunately, there are limits as to what the merchant can provide for us to sell. We are sorry that the customer missed out on this popular deal. We hope that not being able to purchase it this time around will not prevent a future attempt. by on 6/4/2014
