Douglas Simpson - President and CEO
Doug joined CCBBB in November 2004. A lawyer by training with a Masters of Law degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution, he brings to the role extensive business and legal experience gained in both the for profit and not-for-profit sectors. As President and CEO he works with CCBBB's Board of Directors and its various committees, including the Committee of Managers of Canada's 14 bureaus to develop, implement and enforce policies related to the BBB system in Canada. He also is responsible for the day to day operations and activities of CCBBB and its interface with government and the media. In addition to his Canadian duties, Doug serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, the BBB system's international headquarters in Arlington Virginia.

Spencer Nimmons - Vice President, Business Relations 
Spencer joined CCBBB in February 2006 as its first Vice President, Business Relations. He brings to CCBBB the benefit of substantial skills and expertise in sales and marketing gained during his years in the retail, entertainment and health care industries. Spencer has also been involved in major re-branding and web development initiatives and also responsible for development of CCBBB's new marketing plan and website makeover. As Vice President, Business Relations, Spencer is responsible for development and maintenance of national Accredited Businesses in the CCBBB, working closely with CCBBB's National Accredited Business Committee and Committee of Managers in not only developing and refining a comprehensive membership-marketing plan for the organization but also programs to enhance existing services.

Cynthia Williams - Executive Assistant
Cynthia joined CCBBB in September 2005, having worked for many years with one of world's largest computer companies. She provides exceptional service to not only the President and Vice President, Business Relations, but CCBBB's bureaus, accredited businesses and consumers who interact with CCBBB. Cynthia's duties involve her in virtually all areas of the organization. Her activities run the gamut from ensuring that consumer enquiries to CCBBB receive prompt attention to acting as a crucial interface between national Accredited Businesses and local bureaus on day to day administrative and operational issues. Cynthia also plays an integral role in various projects like the development of CCBBB's new website.
