spent a lot of money...honestly see little to no results. Before pics were not taken so have nothing to compare to see any results. no real apology after burning my skin after a medical grade peel. Was told my results would be amazing. Save your money.....

Hi *****, Treatments don't work fully when you have not completed them, as well protocol for the treatments were not followed. You take weeks off in between and again you have not even finished all of your treatments.You were never charged for your peels from the beginning, we gave them as a gift to you for being a new client. Your before pictures were taken June 8th, 2022 so to say before pictures were not taken is not true! With any peel side effects can occur, this was explained from the beginning when you signed the consent form. To say I burnt your skin, again not true, you had redness and some peeling, which is normal with this type of peel. I have text messages from you letting me know, and you were fine then. You were always happy and I told you then, that you need to be consistent with your treatments, you agreed. On Sept 7th, you texted "So sorry to cancel" you had fallen and broke your ankle. You even sent me pictures of your accident. On Sept 12th, you stated you might have to get surgery done, so as soon as you were better, you said " Yes I will" with a emoji smile to book back in. I'm very surprised as nothing you have said is true. You saved thousands by me given you the peels at no charge from day one. Its unforunte you feel this way suddenly. Take good care of yourself, and my door is always open:)
