I requested a spring clean up package booked for May 2 (fertilizer, aeration, trim and power rake). The week before, the contact called and asked if his crew could come earlier. He sent them on the Tuesday or Wednesday night and they didn't arrive until 9 p.m./ They spent 25 minutes in in the yard. I went down to check on their progress and the cheque I left on the door was gone. The lawn was in shambles. The aeration was only done up one side of the lawn, they didn't touch the entire east side of the house, and the bags of cuttings were just left on the driveway. They left huge patches of dead grass, I am assuming from the fertilizer, and took the cheque without leaving a receipt. I have called and left messages on four occasions, and also contacted them through the website to no avail. I just want my money refunded. I feel completely taken advantage of, and I can't bee live that they have an A+ rating after experiencing their complete lack of regard or communication.

refund, or if they are not giving a refund, I want the job that was promised completed.

This is ******** and I am writing this response as my husband ****** was in a horrible car accident and is still in the hospital awaiting release next week.

I apologize for what has happened in your yard and when the accident happened we basically closed the doors till we knew if he was going to pull thru. We haven't even answered the messages as we had more pressing issues.

I could arrange for a long time worker of ours to redo the aeration and also do a fall fertilizer for you to make up for your experience. Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you.

11/09/2015Problems with Product / Service | Read Complaint Details

After our meeting with ****** on 7th ***, 2015 at our residence (***************************), my wife and l agreed to award the landscaping and fencing of our property to Sunshine Landscaping.

Beginning appears to be a good business relationship but as soon as deposit was made, we started chasing ****** to come start the job. We had a lot of back and forth on this and the job was not completed before l travelled back to UK.

By and large, the job was unsatisfactorily done while l was away and the pressure on my family to pay up the balance made me wired a transfer to complete the payment.

Upon arrival, l inspected the job done and as part of the unsatisfactory job done, the fence eat up into my neighbours property as reported. My neighbour sought the services of the city to affirm his claims and the marking showed that the fence was not positioned to precision.

All efforts to get ****** down and make amends proved abortive. He not responding to my calls and not replying to my mails.

I went to make complaint at the police station and l was advised to try this and or a civil court.

Desired Settlement
$13,860 as full settlement of come back to do a proper job.
