              Poor customer service and no respect to the customer. My husband and I purchased 4 chairs at the price displayed in the store, paid for the purchase and the next day got a call from a rep stating they cannot deliver the items as the price has changed and the price displayed was only meant for the one item on the floor. The rep asked us to pay $*** more per each chair! How ridiculous! The receipt is a binding offer that should be respected by the seller. I would stay away from shopping in this store.

All of the items displayed in our clearance center are heavily marked down as we sell them based on the terms that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no refunds and no exchanges. We also have posters within our clearance center area to show the same message. When items are sold in our clearance center, the manufacturer warranty no longer is applicable due to the marked down AS-IS status. All items at our clearance center are AS-IS and customer purchase at their discretion to inspect and assess the condition. All AS-IS clearance items are mostly cosmetically damaged and imperfectly discontinued . Unfortunately, we are sorry that you feel you have purchased an imperfect item but AS-IS clearance items are FINAL SALES stated on our terms and conditions.
