I took my vehicle in for a major recall after waiting almost * months for the parts to arrive. When I took my vehicle in, there were no issues whatsoever. I went to pick it up *********************************************************************** the parking lot. When I got into my vehicle, which was in park, I went to check the temperature of my engine, and my tire pressure with the steering wheel controls that maneuver the dash screen options. My controls did not work. My vehicle was still in park when I walked back into the dealership to inform them. I was met with we did nothing that would effect this we will do a free diagnostic, but you will be responsible for any repair and part costs. My steering wheel functions do not work including my heated seats, heated steering wheel, volume control, cruise control, horn and my service airbag sensor is on. Big * motors refused to work with me and has left me on the hook for a ****$ + repair. Not one of these problems was an issue before I dropped my vehicle off. I added air to my tires the morning I dropped it off and I was able to use the steering wheel controls to see the tire pressure screen on my dash board.
