            Denca installed our kitchen and provided the u-line refrigerator for the total of $8,891.40 ($1780 for the refrigerator and install). The signed date of the invoice is 31 December 2019. Shortly after, the refrigerator started to make noise (whistling noise). Denca sent their authorized service provider to address the issue. The authorized service provider found that the issue was caused by incorrect installation (lack of ventilation space for the refrigerator). They removed the cover part causing the problem. However, the refrigerator was still making noise and the freezer section stopped working. Another authorized service provider inspected the unit and said that the refrigerant leaked due to the incorrect installation. Since then Denca "ghosted" us promising that the problem would be addressed but took no action. The last email I have from them was sent 3 months ago. The refrigerator is now dead.
