            I purchased paint from Goodwill of Finger Lakes to be delivered by *****. I contacted Goodwill (see attached) informing them that I never received package and according to the tracking information it was delivered to the wrong house. I provided Goodwill with the proof of the wrong delivery house. The promptly responded and stated that they will file a claim with ***** to determine delivery. According to Goodwill, ***** denied the claim so Goodwill refused to refund my money of $40.98. When I asked why it was denied because it was clearly delivered to the wrong house, I never received an answer. No one at Goodwill would provide any other information other than denied claim and no refunded will be given. I told Goodwill that that is illegal because I made a purchase from them and they did not provide that item to me. They stole $40.98 from me which I want refunded immediately. I also filed a claim with *****. When no one would help me, I filed a complaint with BBB. I want the items I purchased or a refund.

            I purchased scrap gold from the site the scale there use ain’t accurate and the ****** * I purchased was lock don’t not show it was lock in photos or state in the description.
