Complaint: I paid to have the brakes (front) worked on because the car pulled to the left upon braking and the pedal sunk to the floor. These two things were not addressed. The car still (and always) unintelligible right after pulls left and pedal drops to floor.

Initial Business Response: The customer came to our shop with his vehicle and requested the brake shoes be changed as they were cracked (upon checking by the mechanic they were cracked and the wheel cylinders were leaking). The customer also complained of the vehicle pulling to the left and the pedal sometimes going all the way to the floor. The mechanic drove the vehicle after replacing brake shoes and wheel cylinders and at that time it did not pull right or left and the pedal did not go to the floor. The customer was advised on his invoice that it may need a master cylinder soon. The customer took the car and called back later and said the vehicle was still not fixed. He was advised by the office manager to bring the vehicle back for further inspection. The next day his mother showed up to pick him up and said her son would be here in a minute to leave the vehicle at the shop for examination. She waited for about an hour and tried to reach him, but was unable to. She left and we did not hear back from the customer or her again. We will be glad to examine the vehicle at no charge to the customer if they will return their vehicle to the shop as we had requested when he called us after the repair.
