They were great! They called to let me know they were coming. Went right to work. They worked very hard the whole time they were moving. They were very pleasant. They made the move bearable! I am so thankful that a friend of mine recommended them.

Jan. 22, 2013. We had a small move from *******, MA to ******** *****, VA and DN Van Lines were terrific. Their staff arrived as scheduled at our house, packed the truck and left for Virginia that same day. Our furniture arrived the next day as scheduled. I even received a phone call that night confirming the time of delivery. This was our first experience with a moving company and because of the distance, we were quoted many different prices, but chose DN Van Lines because of their reputation and being a local company.

DN Van Lines just completed a small move for me from Wayland to Northborough. I'm in California, so I arranged the whole move long-distance. My entire experience was exemplary--from ******* clear communication over the phone, to the politeness, professionalism, and efficiency of ***** and ****, the movers. When ***** arrived at the pick-up spot in Wayland he had some questions about a few items and called me immediately to clear them up. They made a point of coming to the door at the delivery point and introducing themselves before starting the delivery. I highly recommend DN Van Lines.

Friendly staff, accurate estimate, called ahead and arrived early (very nice). Hard working, very careful and courteous, yet fast. Never seemed to be dragging their feet. Job well done for a fair price.

I had two parts to my move because of a lag between home closings so my stuff had to go to storage for almost 3 weeks. The three movers were on time, very friendly, really fast and wrapped everything really well. I could have done without the "speech" about tipping, but otherwise they were very good. I still have many boxes to unpack, but so far nothing was broken. My only negative experience with this company was with the "move coordinator". When I called to get a quote, I was given a time frame but was not told that they would charge me to drive to back the storage facility and unload the truck. Their storage facility was an hour from my home, so that tacked on another hour (plus unloading) to the cost. I didn't realize this until he emailed me the contract and by that time it was too late to change movers. I also was not told I'd be charged for tolls, which seemed ridiclous and should have been part of the hourly cost. I was surprised that I didn't get any kind of confirmation by email or phone. I emailed the move coordinator for both moves to confirm the details. If you're going right from one home to another, I would recommend this company. If you need to put items in storage and live any distance from Marlborough, I'd recommend looking for a company that has storage closer to where you live.
