They want to charge me $244.99 and have been working with them for 2 weeks and have no resolution to my problem as of 1-21-2015. Maybe in a few days it will be fixed. They do respond quickly, but have done nothing more than I have to restore my Hotmail account and I still do not have access. I was referred to them by*********.
