Meet the Chief Customer Officer

  
     

LibertiDeanna Liberti joined the Better Business Bureau Serving Eastern Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island and Vermont in 2001 as a Member Service Executive. As an expert in Accredited Business benefits, Ms. Liberti was promoted to Director of Operations in January of 2003. Now, as Chief Customer Officer, Deanna will continue to lead and manage the Operations department to provide unsurpassed services to consumers and business in the marketplace. 


Her responsibilities include quality control, call center and live chat management, database management, IT/Telcom management, and accredited business benefit fulfillment and retention. Ms. Liberti is also responsible for overall staff training, program and project management and providing exceptional customer service to the community. 

Ms. Liberti earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

In 2004, Ms. Liberti graduated from the Council of Better Business Bureaus Professional Development Program after completing operations training, administration training and management training. Ms. Liberti completed training with the Disney Institute, recognized leader in experiential training, leadership development, benchmarking and cultural change for business professionals across the globe. 

Ms. Liberti is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) - ASAE, known as the association of associations, is considered the advocate for the nonprofit sector. The society is dedicated to advancing the value of voluntary associations to society and supporting the professionalism of the individuals who lead them.
