plumber came to replace outdoor faucet - stayed 14 minutes and charged $325 without replacing existing line - when I said that was an excessive amount for the time I was asked who I voted for. It comes to $1200 per hour for labor.

My hot water heater failed in one of my apartments and I reached out to **'s to replace the unit. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule, arrived early and completed the job with no issues. I sent photos of the original unit so they were able to properly size and install the replacement unit with no major modifications. They even removed the old water heater from the basement.Great Job! I have had a very good experience using **'S Plumbing and Heating Company to replace 7 water heaters. ***** was prompt and efficient in assessing and estimating the job. The cost was reasonable and installation was done in one day. ***** was quick to respond to a problem with one heater not working properly which turned out to be an electrical problem rather than a plumbing problem. ***** and crew are very pleasant and competent. The office staff was excellent communicating and scheduling. I highly recommend this company. *****"
