      This company is a scam, I would stay away.Would you be pleasant and nice on the phone after this company misdiagnosed your refrigerator and had to wait a total of 6 weeks before they repaired it.I made an appointment with ********** to have my refrigerator repaired, this company called about 3 hours later and said that they were going to be the company physically doing the repair and that the date doesnt work for them and pushed it out a week from the original date.When the technician finally came he misdiagnosed the refrigerator and said it was the compressor and I would have to wait 3 weeks for the specialist that installs them to get back from vacation.Finally when that technician came he said that it wasnt the compressor that it was only a relay switch. He had it replaced within 15 minutes and was gone. The refrigerator still is not working properly but at this point I am just going to buy a new one. If I were you I would say away from this company.

      My new refrigerator had a high pitched hum while it was running. I am very happy with this company and the service representative whose name is ****** ***** worked on my refrigerator until he was able correct the problem. D & S Appliance Service, Inc. uses an automated call service and tracking to assure prompt service as scheduled.

      I called for service , They arrived on time with the correct part. *** the service tech was great and know legible , would surely call for any other appliance issues .

      We had scheduled an appointment to fix our freezer through ********* for a specific date and time. 3 hours later we received a phone call from ******* saying that they needed to change our appointment 3 weeks later from the original scheduled date. When we pushed for an explanation and told her that 3 weeks out doesn't work for us, she said "fine" and hung up on us. A call back revealed that she canceled the ********************** request/order. I asked to be transferred to the office manager, ****, he told me that ******* didn't like our tone of questioning, and then hung up on me.DO *** WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ******* - ********* **** CUSTOMER SERVICE!

      Ms ******, your call came in on 07/12/2021 at 2:40pm from Whirlpool. Our Customer ********************** rep called you at 2:42p, on the same day to inform you the appointment you requested was no longer available and we needed to schedule you for 07/26/2021. On 07/12/2021 at 3:14pm your husband called and * bombed our customer ********************** reps was super rude to them because the appointment you requested on 07/15/2021 was not available. This escalated up to our ********************** manager who informed you that because of the rudeness and demanding attitude you and your husband showed to our customer ********************** reps we decided not to ********************** you. We have the right to refuse any customer ********************** if we feel it is going to be a bad situation. YOU ARE ******* A *** SITUATION!
