The Business states: For our customers, if there is an error in an order, poor quality of a product, or damage incurred in shipping, we are more than happy to either refund the cost of the order/wine or reship the order/wine to the customer free of charge. For our consultants, if they wish to terminate their relationship and end their time as an independent wine consultant, within the first 3 months they are refunded fully for any unused items (excluding wine and glasses) from their initial purchase. After 3 months and before 1 year, they are refunded 90% of the retail price of any unused items they wish to return to World Headquarters.
