            On 10/4/2023 I spoke with ********************************* and was told that my credit card would be charged $1 and that the charge would disappear, I was told that they just needed a card on file and I was not to be billed until December because they have a promotion going on. On 10/6/2023 I saw a charge of $149 and cancelled the same day. As of today, 10/13/2023 CPA Site Solutions still has not refunded my $149. I DO NOT want to do business with them, they have NOT provided any services and I want my money refunded ASAP. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
