            My dog was seen for a routine neuter surgery; he was sent home with a cone on his head that was too small and was able to access his wound. I brought him back to East Boston Animal Hospital immediately, I was told I would not be charged anything for this appointment (confirmed on the phone before I arrived, and confirmed with **************** in the exam room.) When I went to check out, they were charging me; I asked to speak to ****************, and he came out and insisted I pay more money (I had already paid $775.00.) When I reminded **************** that he insisted I would not pay any additional money for their mistake, he then verbally threatened me at the check out counter that he will call the police on me if I do not give my credit card (in front of other patrons.) I was charged on a credit card that I had on file without signature and without my consent.
