Products may be returned unopened for a refund within 30 days of its shipping date and may be charged a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. Items that are in un-sellable condition, no longer wanted, you changed your mind, missing parts or you ordered the wrong product will not be refunded. Please note that we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error up to $9.95, unless prior arrangements have been made with the return department. Return your items using UPS ground, FedEx ground or standard U.S. Mail. If you refuse your package, there will be return shipping charge. UPS, FedEx, and the U.S. Post Office charge us for returned items. You will be charged the original cost of shipping (even if you received free shipping), plus the cost of return shipping. Unless we sent the wrong product or made some other error on shipping out your product. You can expect a refund sent to the credit card company within 14 business days of TotalVac receiving your return. Note: shavers, shaver parts, flat irons, hair dryers, trimmers, massagers, foot spas and other personal hygiene products can never be returned once opened.
