              FEB 5, 2023 SIGNED UP FOR SHOWCASE SUBSCRIBE, THE ONSCREEN ADVERTISEMENT STATES WITH THE PROGRAM YOU GET BASICALLY 2 MOVIES A MONTH FOR THE ***** OF 1. I SIGNED UP FOR THE 2 MOVIE PACKAGE AND THAT SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME 4 MOVIES A MONTH (2 PAID FOR AND 2 FREE) IN FEBUARY I RECIEVED 3 MOVIES ON MY ACCOUNT NOT 4 MOVIES. IN MARCH I RECIEVED THE SAME 3 MOVIES OF THE 4 AS ADVERTISED. IM PAYING $19+ FOR THE PROGRAM AND NOT RECIEVING PROMISED FREE MOVIES. *** TRIED CALLING THE HEAD OFFICE FOR ************* AND GET ANSWERING MACHINE I LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND NO REPLY. I FEEL THE MAMAGER AT THE SHOWCASE CINEMA LOCATION I GO TO GAVE A COMPLAINT NUMBER THAT IS NOT ANSWERED OR REPLIED TO. I WOULD LIKE TO GET THE PRODUCT I HAD PURCHASED 4 MOVIES FOR THE ***** OF 2 AS ADVERTISED.               If you go to Showcase ******** to see The Sound of Freedom, this was our experience. -They switched the theater is was supposed to be played in to a smaller theater was was completely packed, first come, first serve seating, not an open seat.-our 3:35 movie was pushed back until 4pm - We were ushered into the theater like cattle by 4 or 5 staff members.-As soon as I walked in, I said "the ** is off", it was hot and super humid, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.- The volume was very low.After a half hour of sweating I took a walk through every other theater that had movies playing- they were all nice and cool and LOUD! I went to customer service and told them "It's humid and hot as ***** in there, you need to turn on the ** and turn the volume up". Everyone could notice the difference when they eventually turned on the ** and turned the volume higher. If you go to see this movie, don't wait to say something..I guess this has been happening often, I just didn't know.
