The business states In the event of the necessity to return equipment, please call for return number before returning products. Products will not be accepted for return without return authorization (RA number).

Returns must be received within 10 days following the creation of your RMA. Merchandise must be shipped transportation prepaid, in the original carton along with invoice number and the date of purchase. Returns for credit are accepted only for new, unused products in original cartons,  with original packing and may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
