    We have been receiving bills from this company for a timeshare that was never used and my father cannot remember ever agreeing to. I have tried to contact the business for over a year to no avail, yet they continue to send bills.

    The most INHUMANE business I have ever encountered during the Covid Pandemic!!!Here is my letter to them with NO RESPONSE!!!Good Evening.My son and I have been home for almost a week now. We stayed with you on 6/19 until very early (5:00 am) on 6/26 when I was notified that my mother had been placed on life support due to Covid. My son and I rushed out earlier than we planned that last morning pulling a straight 14 hour drive hoping to make it to ******** before my mother passed away. Unfortunately, we didnt make it in time.We left our Condo (42) immaculate, returned both sets of keys but thought the beach pass was turned in with the keys. Looking at my bank account this evening several hours ago, I was charged $250. Upon noticing the charge, I immediately called the Condominium to explain what had happened. I was put in contact with the manager ******.Of courseangryI asked why I was not notified? Its been almost a week before this charge has appeared. She statedthats what we do??? Reminder: We are still in the middle of a pandemic here. This was not purposeful in any way. My mother was dying and we were trying to make it home.With a simple phone call, I could have sent it Fed Ex overnight back to you which I would have gladly done if given the opportunity to do so.Tomorrow is my mothers funeral. All I can say is this is a major problem with society today. Common courtesy is gone!!! I got hung up on by your Manager!!! I tried calling back twice and no one answered after ********************* up on me. My husband and son were in the car with me and heard it all.I will be contacting Michigans Attorney General as this is a Covid issue regarding a business. I will also contact AAA, AARP, BBB and will contact Diamond Xchange as I am a Diamond Gold Member.I have never been treated so poorly when it came to a death of a family member especially regarding a Covid death. We have lost enough friends and family in ******** due to Covid. During the past year, you have been the WORST!!! No other company/business has shown such insensitivity to a family suffering.You people are a horrible organization. ********** is a horrendous example of a non-human with lack of empathy and emotion.Shame on you. I will be sending this email to our ******** Senators and Congressional Representatives as well.All I can say isI hope you folks literally havent had to experience a Covid death of a loved one.
