Pier 7 Condominium offers condominium interval ownership. The company states they provide clients with a tour of the resort and offers the opportunity to own an interval condominium. Consumers who tour the resort are given a voucher for airline tickets. These tickets have certain terms and conditions. The prize of the airline ticket voucher are offered to consumers who agree to book accommodations through the ticketing agency, starting at a cost of $55 per night. In order to quality for the prizes the consumer must be gainfully employed; if married, the consumer must tour with spouse and must have a combine income of at least $30,000 per year; and in order to check in they must show a major card or a checkbook.

The firm sent the BBB a brochure published by Vacation Ventures, Inc., describing the terms and conditions of this offer. Offered vacation locations include Florida, Bahamas, Hawaii and Mexico. According to the brochure, the offer is valid for 2 people, at least one must be 21 years or older to receive a total of 4 roundtrip airline tickets (2 per vacation, 2 vacations allowed from virtually any airport in the Continental U.S.) The user must stay in one or more of the hotels listed within each destination choice and pay the price as stated. All room locations are at the hotel’s discretion. All travel must be completed by the expiration date. The offer does not include ground transportation and meals, insurance, passport fees, baggage handling, tips, hotel tax, airport departure tax, hotel service charge, fuel surcharge, host or hostess, laundry, telephone calls, optional excursions or any item of purely personal nature. A $25.00 handling fee per vacation will be added to your tax and charges.
