              Ive been using their services for a few years and been very pleased. However, I recently contacted them via their online form to sell some older lenses and bodies, to ease the sticker-shock of a new body I was salivating over!On examining and testing my equipment, they actually upgraded my initial grade, which meant a higher price-point. This difference meant that the new purchase was now within my reach! Win-win! I would have been satisfied with the initial estimate because thats what I had evaluated at, but their honesty in putting customer first is truly admirable. The good news doesnt end there. A couple days after, they informed me that I was eligible for a new promotion that ***** was having, so they were going to give me more value in my store credit (which I had opted for, rather than cash-out). The staff have always been very friendly and welcoming, eager to assist and advise. Walking in to that store immediately brings you to a Happy Place.
