As with any new prescription eyeglasses, there will be a period of adjustment. We ask that you wear your new
glasses for a minimum of two weeks without going back to your old pair to allow time for your eyes to adjust to the new prescription. If after the initial two weeks of wear you are experiencing visual difficulties, you will have 30 days from the receipt of your glasses to bring any concerns to our attention. We have a 15 day frame exchange period: if you decide that you do not like the frame, you can exchange it for any other frame and apply previous payments towards the new frame. If new lenses are required, a lab regrinding fee will be charged. We would be happy to address these issues by scheduling an appointment for you with our Optician.

Every 3 months we offer a complimentary tune-up for your glasses, at which time we will tighten screws, replace nose pads if needed, and give it a thorough cleaning.

purchased. ‘Normal wear & tear’ is as determined by the lab.
