date of service 03.13.2023 customer #******* invoice #******* the technician advice that i needed a new THERMOPILE and that the price for the part was $96.00 once the service was completed and I asked him for an invoice he listed the part for the price of $****** I brought the price to his attention right away and all he could say was that the price of the part went up but why didn't he know that before he came to my house and told me the price of $96.00. he also changed a glass gauge without informing me and charged me $3.15 for that part. The $3.15 is not a big deal but just so that you can see his motto of replacing things without informing the consumer. I want a refund of $73.99 because that was a significant increase for the part. the technician was leaving without giving me an invoice and it wasn't until I asked for one that I knew that he changed the price for the part from $96 to ******. that unfair. all he could say was for me to call the office. and what was i supposed to have him undo all work? and was i also going to be charged by the hour for him to undo the work? I've called the business several times and have been transferred by ******* to their service supervisor voice mail (*****************) and as of today I haven't received a response from the service supervisor. 3 weeks now.
