              Natural Form sells mattresses online using this policy as inducement: https://naturalform.com/100-night-sleep-trial/ I bought a mattress on 2-3-22 for $1,595.00. The matttress was unsatisfactory and we requested a return promptly in writing. We were called by someone who indicated another person would follow-up soon to make return arrangements. After a month, there has been no follow-up. Calls and emails go unanswered. Today someone at Nature Form hung up on my wife ******* when she called again seeking resolution.

              I purchased a mattress system in 2016 and have had nothing but problems and have been sent several replacements and was told its defective and keep getting defective parts and would like a refund. I get nothing but rude customer service that dont wanna help me and then charge me to ship replacements after they changed the warranty. I had to go high up the ladder to get a free replacement part and it went bad. It is very hard to contact these people and I just want a refund. The bed is still under warranty.
