The company states they have a merchandise return policy. The company states that all claims for shortages or adjustment must be made within 5 days from the date purchased. In no event may material or merchandise ordered in excess of buyer’s requirements be returned for credit without prior written consent of Medway Block, acting at it’s own discretion. Custom made material; shapes or special orders cannot be returned for credit. Concrete blocks, bricks and natural stone cannot be returned for credit. There are few exceptions to this return policy and is left to the discretion of Medway Block Management. These items must be in full cubes only, strapped and or on pallets if so delivered. The buyer shall pay transportation charges. The brick, block or stone must be free of chips, cracks and any other imperfections that may hinder them from being resold at normal retail prices. These items will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. All other products to be returned shall be in it’s original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. If a return of merchandise has been authorized by Medway Block and must be transported by our vehicle, the buyer must pay transportation fees. All returned merchandise is subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. The merchandise must be accompanied with the original invoice and within 30 days of the original purchase date.
