The business states; Pulse Marketing’s LLC Client’s Right to Terminate Contract Clause:

Either party may terminate their Agreement by giving the other party giving written notice of at least THIRTY (30) business days prior to the proposed effective date of the termination after signing date of the contract. If Agency (Pulse Marketing LLC) cancels the contract within thirty (30) days from the Effective Date, Agency will refund the down payment

If the Client cancels the contract within thirty (30) days from the Effective Date, the down payment in non-refundable.  Upon any termination the Agency will cease working on the project and will submit all files to the client as they were at the date of the cancellation.  Agency shall be entitled to compensation for any services rendered by it prior to termination as agreed per contract.
