Norfolk Hardware, Inc. is a full service hardware store located in Boston. We have everything you need to build or maintain your home or business including paint, hardware, plumbing, electrical, janitorial products, lumber and building materials.

Norfolk Hardware is the parent company of Norfolk Kitchen and Bath which sells kitchen and bath cabinets, countertops, and accessories. Norfolk Kitchen and Bath works with a wide array of customers including remodeling contractors, property management companies, housing authorities, and homeowners.

All of our companies are family owned and operated by the Rosen family.

The business states that their refund policy is as follows: All items returned for credit must be accompanied by original sales receipt. Items without a receipt may be accepted for credit at management's discretion, and will be credited at the lowest price for which the items has sold. Opened packages and bundles accepted for return will be credited less 15% for handling. Refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment by the buyer. Special order items require a deposit of 1/2 of the order total, and are non refundable. Window and screen repairs must be paid in full before completion, and are non refundable. Items not returnable for credit: Special order goods, emergency equipment (pumps, heaters, batteries & power tools), custom mixed paint, custom counter tops, seasonal items, labor and delivery fees, merchandise cut to size (including keys, window shades, pipe, tubing, robe, chain, wire, runner, screening and lumber).
