    Have been coming to this hotel for years as my son has been under the care of ************ Hospital since he was 11 yrs old. Came back for medical appointments again this year. The hotel knows which rooms are reserved for ************ Hospital patients. Still, we were put in a *****-infested room from which we had to be moved very late at night. We moved to the other room and the next day I noticed an additional large charge into my checking account for over $1,000, which left me with about $180 to go back home to Virginia upon the end of the medical appointments for my son. I had already been charged over $1,300 this past Sunday when we first arrived at the hotel. For the last 2 days, we have spoken to the front desk about this issue with no resolution. My bank can not reverse the charges only investigate them as fraud and that will take 2 weeks. At this point, Wyndham has the money that I need to get us back to Virginia this coming Friday as we take the train.
