              I contacted them several times barely got a response finally I did get one response to fix the fence and they tell me that they can't do it. I asked them to just to send someone out to look at it and get a quote and they refused time and time again. They do not honor their product and they do not have any customer service. Its my opinion that you do not use this company and seek someone more customer oriented.

              Im sorry this customer had an issue with us because we wouldnt guarantee that his cat would not escape his yard. He did have one more area where the fence had been damaged and we were happy to do and told him we would adjust a gate, but its a chain link fence that the cat can climb. Not sure how we could have guaranteed this!?

              Let's see if we can get the record set straight. I made a phone call to your company begging for someone to come out and take a look at the issue. I was more than willing to pay for it. I sent a number of pictures for you to review. You flatly refused to even bring someone out. I am not going to be send this comment nor any of my other social media comments.
