              On 10/15/2021 I had an appointment to get a crown. On 9/21/2021 I got an estimate from my insurance for the crown. According to the estimate I was responsible to pay $535.92. On 10/15/2021 I had my appointment, when I got to the office I was asked to pay $500.00. I payed $400.00 toward my ****, $535.92 minus $500.00 would mean that I owed $35.92. When I was sitting in the chair to get my crown the dentist asked if I would like the 2nd crown done at the same time. I said to him O.K. only if my insurance would pay their amount of the ****. The dentist assured me that they would. I thought that the 2nd. crown would cost the same as the 1st. I would be charged $535.92 for the 2nd crown. I would owe $35.92 for the 1st crown I would owe $535.92 for the 2nd. crown. My total **** would be $571.84. On 11/29/2021 I received a **** for $1,807.92. On 12/13/2021 I called the office about this ****. I was told to disregard this **** and it would be taken care of. On 3/2/2022 I again received a **** for $1,807.92. I need to have this **** fixed. The dentist assured me that the 2nd crown would cost me the same as the 1st. Thank You.
