Refund and Exchange Policy
The business states their refund and exchange policy is as follows:

No returns accepted after 30 days of sale date. Returns received after 30 days will be refused and
returned to you at your cost. If we do take your return after 30 days from sale date there will be a 25% restocking fee.

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of sale date. We do not offer exchanges. You will receive a full refund less actual shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Due to the nature of skincare, hair care and unboxed products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items. This includes perfume/cologne sets with body lotion, shower gel or after shave gel.

Please make your selections carefully. Any merchandise that is opened, sprayed, damaged or not in its  original condition or packaging is not returnable. This also includes opening the cellophane wrapping on the perfume/cologne box. Please do not send items back that are not in new condition. If we do receive merchandise that is not in its original condition it will be refused and returned to you at your cost.

Return shipping cost is your responsibility and will not be refunded. If shipping was free for your order actual shipping charges will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card.

Refused, Unclaimed or otherwise undeliverable items are subject to a minimum service charge of 10% and shipping charges of $5.99 or actual shipping cost.

Please allow 14 business days to process your return request.

It is strongly suggested that your return be sent VIA a traceable insured delivery service. (USPS, UPS, Fedex). Item received not in their original condition or broken will not be considered for credit. Upon request these items will be returned at your expense.

Once an order has been submitted we are unable to guarantee we can cancel or modify your order. We use an automated ordering system that does not allow us to cancel or modify orders once the order is in the wharehouse. Cancelled orders are subject to a $2.75 fee and 3.5% fee of order total to cover the cost of credit card processing.


Claims for non receipt or incorrect items must be received within 14 days of order date. Claims for damaged products must be received within 3 business days of receipt. Please save damaged products and original delivery package as it may have to be inspected by the Carrier. We may require the items to be returned to us at our option. If you feel you have received a defective product we will be happy to replace the product for you upon receipt of the defective product by us. Please contact us for a return shipping label.
Defective products are not eligible for refunds. We offer exchanges for the same product only. If you do not want a replacement it is your responsibility to send the product back to us. We will not issue a return tag if you do not want an exchange for a non defective product. If the product is found to be defective we will refund you reasonable shipping cost back to us. If the product is found not to be defective we will not refund the cost of return shipping. In addition, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee or the item may be returned to you at your expense. Please do not indicate a product is defective if you just do not like the product.

If you choose to have your item gift wrapped in may come in a gift box or bag. In addition the design and color may be of our choosing. Picture of products may differ slightly and are used for informational purposes only. Manufactures update their packaging often so the picture may be slightly out of date.
