I am filing this complaint. I had this company come out and give me a written estimate for paving my driveway. At the time I received the estimate I was not able to have the work done de to the pandemic. I called the company in March 2021 and called and spoke with ******* J. ****, President cell he asked that I send him a copy of the written estimate for him to see. I took a picture with my cell and sent him the copy to his cell directly. Another week went by and no call back from the company or ******* ****, President.. I called ******* ****, President cell a second time in April 2021 and spoke with him and he said he would get back to me. Another week went by in April 2021 and I had not received a call back. This would be my third call to ******* ****, President April 2021 I called his cell directly and left a message. I have not heard back from the company or ******* ****, President. I feel for a cornpany that has been accredited by the *************** as not keeping their word or even bother to acknowledge of given a potential customer a call back. I would think twice before calling this company the company does not seem to care about customers or be responsible or stand by there estimates they write and hand to customers. *.********/*******,**
