RIHI managed the project extremely well from start to finish. The crew was extremely motivated with heavy rain all week. The bulk of the job took 4 days on my colonial style house. The team was very pleasant and accommodating. Any questions and adjustments that I wanted were handled immediately and to my satisfaction. Post project review and checklist resolution took about a week and I happily signed off on a job well done. Several neighbors commented on the great job also.I would highly recommend this team.

As with the other reviews, the sale process was not great. More attention should have been given to the expertise of the installation team and the quality of the product, which we are very satisfied with. We were very happy with the workmanship and attention to details from the crew. The project management was well done, before during and after the work was completed. Our house looks great and we are excited for how current our house looks in our neighborhood.

We recently had a tub-to-shower conversion done by RIHI. They are very easy with which to work, and they were accommodating to our schedule and needs. During the initial consultation and design meeting, I knew exactly what I wanted as I had done my research. We wanted a seat added to the shower to be prepared for our needs as we get older, and I knew exactly which one. Although it was not one they normally install, they did the legwork to get the one I wanted. Unfortunately, it is on backorder; and at RIHI's suggestion, money was held back from our final payment until it arrives and gets installed!! The workers were pleasant, and completed the process as we were told it would happen. They cleaned up at the end of each day, something that is very important to me. I highly recommend RIHI.

Initially, we were put off by the hard-sell tactics of the salesman. Our confidence in RIHI was restored by the attentive, knowledgeable project manager and the great work crew. The project manager returned phone calls and he gave accurate information throughout. The work crew was hardworking, provided skilled workmanship, and addressed our every concern. They worked from early morning until just before dark to complete our project on time. We love the new siding and the great facelift for our home.

I have to admit, my first interaction with RIHI was not a positive experience, with a very 'high pressure' sales presentation that was just plain bizarre. However, after discussing the prior interaction with the company's owner, he took my feedback about the sales rep seriously and promised to make things right. He worked with me diligently and honestly, and once we had agreed on the price and scope of the siding installation, everything was smooth sailing from there. The project proceeded on schedule, the installation crew was fantastic and their attention to all the little details was truly amazing. The line of siding that RIHI installs is top-notch. I did get two other quotes from installers who offered this same siding, and two quotes from installers who proposed a cheaper grade product - and the difference was quite clear. Of course, there is a difference in price as well, but I am comfortable that what I have will hold up much better for the long term, and I have confidence that RIHI will take care of things if any issues do come up in the future.

My home looks 100 times better after the attention to detail and hard work from RIHI. Its such a great quality of siding and they put up all the little things for me that tie it all together like my new outdoor lights, flag pole holder and house number plaque. They were timely and the crew cleaned up all of the mess when they were done. The supervisor **** was great at communicating with ** and answered all of our questions. Thank you for making our house a home!

I would give a 10-star review if that were an option. Due to the mild winter weather, our siding project began and was completed 6 weeks ahead of schedule. Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority with RIHI. Every concern was addressed to our complete satisfaction, the workers showed tremendous respect to our property throughout the project and cleaned up at the end of every day. If ever we need another big home improvement project, RIHI will be the first company we will call with confidence of quality workmanship. Thank you to all who were a part of our home improvement. We are eye candy to our neighbors.

We shopped for a Kohler Luxstone Shower and we were impressed with the presentation ****** made and then with how the entire company performed. The installation was scheduled at our convenience and, though we were worried about the weather, ***, our project manager, put our minds at ease with his description of how, if necessary, they would handle it. Renado and ****** showed up on the first installation day, spread drop-cloths everywhere and began. There were some challenges that required a fair amount of carpentry, but the work proceeded efficiently and, with *** showing up each day, got done, with a thorough cleanup at the end of each day. We cannot say enough about the staff, particularly ***, who was always ready to answer questions and address our concerns. Both he and *******, the owner, called afterward to see if we were satisfied. We certainly were, and we told them both how much we appreciated everything. Now, we tell everyone how much we love our new shower. Thanks to everyone at RIHI for a very satisfying experience! We highly recommend them.

I received a price for windows. I was quoted a price went through all the paperwork was quoted a finance program and accepted the offer. I was told someone from finance would get in touch with with in a couple of days. No one did. Finally I received an email from the gentleman that came to my home telling me the financing option no longer exits and quoted me a different financing option which wasn't what I originally agreed upon and did not accept. Never heard back from him. After almost two hours of my time spent, it was all for nothing. I even emailed the company to let them know but no one ever got back to me. I think it would be a great idea if the salesmen were versed on the recent finance options and the computer that he quotes everything from is updated to reflect what is available at the time they go to someone's home. Very disappointing experience.
