Started working with Classic in August. They were very responsive and eager to get us a contract. VERY EAGER, we had to have the contract revised a few time because they hoped we would just sign and not read. Everyone seemed decent enough , though. We do need some plywood replaced, and they wouldn't give us a quote without a condition that says they have a right to add on if need be. I understand that, but ... Some reviews I read said people were stuck with an extra $10,000- no thank you. I felt uneasy about that but stuck with them anyways because we had put in so much time. They told us in September we were "next" and on track for October- November the latest install. Here we are, almost February, and no one can respond to us with an update. Absolute crickets. We finally get a response, and it's short, and says we've had weather and covid. WE HAVENT HAD WEATHER YET, and weather doesn't prevent you from picking up the phone. Neither does covid. Zero empathy, ********** of wanting to conduct business with us. For a purchase that's as much as a vehicle, someone should be a little more organized and responsive. If you go on ****** and read reviews, they have a snarky response to every bad one, clearly they have time for that. Not professional. Not organized. Not responsive. I wouldn't give them ANY of your time, forget money. RUN.
