    On March 20 I ordered a security system and installation. On March 21 $150.43 cents was withdrawn from my checking account by **********************. On March 22 $120.95 was withdrawn from my bank account by ISig ********** who does the installation for SimpiSafe. On March 25 the installer came to my house and I told him I not received the equipment from SimpliSafe. He told me he could not do anything without the equipment and to call back when the equipment arrived. I went and checked the tracking number from the ************* ************** using this tracking number ********************** and it said "Delivery details will be available once they are provided by the carrier" and that is what the tracking number says today on April, 1 2024. I have talked to SimpliSafe customer service several time asking that they cancel my order. I have been told that they will not cancel the order and the only way I can get my money back is the sent the equipment to them. But I don't have the equipment and I am not sure that it will ever be sent. So I cannot cancel the order and the equipment has never been sent to me. It seems that I am out $271.37 and I still do not have security system. I am a 76 year widow living in my house by myself and I would like to continue that way. I am still planning on a security system, but not from SimpliSafe. I will have to wait until I save up the money again. I am on Social Security and 2 small pensions.

    **************** is terrible now. I asked a very simple question about my bill. Twice they told me to look at the bill for the answer. The bill doesn't say why my discount for having 2 locations was cut in half with no notice this month. Then they told me there was a price increase 7 months ago. That doesn't explain why my discount for having 2 locations was cut in half THIS month. Then they told me there was $0.70 in tax on my bill. Doesn't explain why my discount for having 2 locations was cut in half. I explained again that I wanted to know why the discount was reduced and gave them amount that it was and the amount that it is now. They told me to look at the bill to see the amount I was charged. This went on and on and on and on. I still don't have an answer and am now looking for a new security company for both my locations. If this is how a billing question is handled, what can I expect if there was an actual security incident at one of my properties?
