            On July 1, 2022, they gave me a bid for a project totalling $8340.00 for a mini-split system and asked for a downpayment of $2085.00 to start the work. I wrote them a check for $2085 and delivered it to their office on about July 6th. On July 8th, 2022, I was shocked to find a revised agreement in my email, for an amount of $13,556.86, which seems to include extra work I had not requested. When I called on July 8th at about 3:30 p.m. there was no one in the office who would talk to me except the telephone receptionist who kept telling me a story about their adding extra equipment so it was okay for them to raise the bid by over $5,000 more than I had agreed to pay and for doing things I had never requested be done!!I need either a refund of my deposit or a correction to the original bid amount. This is insanely unethical to be adding over $5000 to a bid amount I'd agreed to and claiming I wanted over $5000 of extra work done!!

            Dont rely upon this company for service! Scheduled an appt to clean heating and AC units and confirmed on the day, later received a call that they couldnt come. Rescheduled and when service person arrived told me he was only going to do one or the other. This company obviously has no respect for customers.
