Refund and Exchange Policy
The business states their Reservation and Cancellation Policy is as follows:
To reserve a room, a deposit of 50% of your stay is required. Payments may be made in cash, check, or credit card.  A $5.00 convenience fee is added to MasterCard and Visa payments to cover the cost of processing.  If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $20 fee. If your reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival your deposit is forfeited. Failure to show for your reservation will result in a full charge. No credit or refund will be made for early departures. All rates are quoted per night, double occupancy, with a fabulous breakfast included.  Rates quoted are in US dollars and do not include Vermont’s 9% rooms and
meals tax.
