While their customer service agents are nice my experience is due to the fact that my Zelle account has been wrongfully suspended since 3/29/24. I have contacted their 800 number 6 times, went physically to the branch that I began my checking account with, and even contacted ***** personally. No one can tell me why Zelle has been suspended. Wash allowed to cash a check as a non customer and was not informed of at non customer fee of 10$ to cash the check.Returned a week later and was told I would need to pay a non customer fee of $10 to cash my check.If they have a policy it should be enforced across the board, if employees are allowed to follow rules when its convenient for them, they should not be working in the banking industry.Review from Ome T

After paying off my loan in December they signed my title over to an unrelated lien holder. I have been on the phone with them 5 times since receiving my new registration in January with someone else as the title holder. I am unable to talk to the title department and after speaking with a general supervisor the last two times I was told 'there is no one higher up to talk to'. They do not have access to what the title department is doing besides general notes. I was told twice someone would call me back and no one has. This week, out of the blue I received several *** documents that they partially filled out and notarized, filled with errors, including one page having a completely different car listed and one page saying this is for a vessel. I received no call backs or instructions on what to do with these documents. When I spoke with the *** and talked through each document, they said they are useless because 1) all the errors and 2) TD Auto is not the listed title holder so they can't say they are transferring it to me! Now I have to contact the third party lien holder myself and work this out with the ***. This company's customer service is perhaps the worst I've ever experienced and the cost is that legally I don't have the title to my own car.Review from Darnashley E

The assistant branch manager ********************************* is a a disrespectful racist, with a disrespectful teller whom works under her and they crack jokes in their native language about customers! Today I went into the branch and attempted to withdraw cash from my account and was refused service and even had the police called on me. When I initially inquired about making the withdrawal she told me to have a seat while back office reviewed everything. I told her I would stand and wait and from there she began rolling her eyes at me. I let her know I didnt care about her attitude and shes being very unprofessional. After speaking with the regional manager on the phone and getting no where I turned back to ******************** and asked how much long would back office take to review the requested withdrawal and she lied to me and said she spoke with ******* (the regional manager who I was on the phone with) and theres nothing she could do. I told her she was lying and didnt talk to him and thats when a disrespectful teller decided to try and raise her voice and argue with me saying they heard the conversation. I told them no you didnt hear the call you heard what I was saying, its no way you could hear what he was saying her response was SHUT UP! The manager started to speak to her in Hindi and she left the branch. Its hard enough to trust a bank with your funds with so much nonsense going on in the world and this TD Bank did not make me feel comfortable at all! They wrote all of my account information on a piece of paper and took it to the back, theres no telling what was done with that paper and they refused to give it to me when I asked. She then told me to leave or she would call the cops and she did. After an hour of waiting the cops showed up and I waited for them strictly to receive a report number so all of this is documented. TD Bank should educate their employees on laws and also hold some sort of training where they learn to keep their personal feelings at home!Review from Steven G

Stay away from these ***** pinchers. Signed up for online recurring payments after being helped by cus service rep or account manager rep only to find out 3 months later and 40 dollars late fees a month on a 53 month bill with no fault of my own. My credit went down 100+ points and only tell me they can help me with a one time, click. You are responsible for my late charges and taking late charges off my credit. Let alone I had to call 3 times to not get a pretend supervisor. Was told no supervisors work after 5 p.m. Just was being a citizen trying to keep revolving credit by purchasing a phone from ******* financed through Td. I will be disputing with the credit bureaus. They advise me I see that you put your checking account information in, duh 53 month payment suppose to coming out. Should of just payed cash. Got burned. Never againReview from Dennis P

I purchased a truck and financed through T.D. later paid off the load by means of trading it in for a car. Since then, the loan has been paid off. Seeing as how I no longer own the truck I canceled my warranty for a total refund in excess of $2300. The dealer, as a standard of operation, has to send the refund check to T.D. Auto Finance first to ensure there is no remaining balance on the loan. There is no tlremaining balance on the loan so it should have come to me after the bank. T.D. Auto Finance reps (4 of them so far) have denied me any information regarding the whereabouts of my check. They recieved it back in January 29th. Today is March 12th. I justbwant my dang money. There is no one to reach out to who has tools to help gather the necessary information for me to get my check. Very frustrating.Review from Jesse M

Terrible customer service with **********************. They are rude and incompetent. A week plus to post electronic payments to your account. expect 2 weeks before check posts. they do this on purpose for the extra interest it accrues delaying. I purchased my truck in August 23, (6 months ago) dealer financed with TD auto finance. I set up my payments to pay automatically with my bank, I always remain one payment ahead throughout a car loan. 2 payments in, my bank calls me and tells me TD cancelled my auto car payment. Called TD to find out why, what a fiasco, an hour to get a human on the phone. She could of verified my identity with a couple questions but no, she asked me every detail about my loan, loan amount, yr make and model of truck, name, address, phone, birthday, ss, email, where I work, work #, last 6 of vin, the date I bought the truck before she would even talk to me. Ridiculous. Asked why they cancelled my auto car payment, she insisted they had not cancelled it. blamed it on my bank. tried to explain, I just want to figure out what happened so it doesn't happen again. She rudely said TD did not cancel it. I set up the auto pay with my bank again. 2 payments later my bank calls- TD cancelled the auto payment again. Asked my bank to see if it's something internal. my branch manager showed me TD cancelled the auto payments from their end electronically. Called TD again and all that id verification nonsense all over again to get another rude representative who insisted they didn't cancel it. She said that I need to add my checking info to my account and use THEIR bill pay for a nominal monthly fee. I declined, told her my bank doesn't charge me to pay bills and she responded "then your bill pay will keep getting cancelled". I was taken back by her rudeness. I was done with TD and going to refinance to my credit Union and that's what I did. My CU sees they accepted the payoff funds a week ago and still not posted the payoff to my account.
