              RE: Loan no ********** In early March, I received a notice from TD Bank (dated 3/4/24 and attached) asking me to provide them with proof of insurance for my home. The notice stated that it was the second and final notice. I had not receive a previous notice before. Regardless, I complied and on 3/15 I sent the requested documents via email AND fax to TD Bank. Please see the attached proof. Yesterday (4/2/24) I received another letter attached informing me that TD Bank informing me that they did not receive the documents and have obtained hazard insurance for my property. I have made multiple attempts to contact them with no success. I go through a maze of voice prompts and not able to get to a live agent. I'm asking for TD Bank to acknowledge receipt of my hazard insurance and cancel the insurance that they obtained for me as I have such insurance ******.

              While their customer service agents are nice my experience is due to the fact that my Zelle account has been wrongfully suspended since 3/29/24. I have contacted their 800 number 6 times, went physically to the branch that I began my checking account with, and even contacted ***** personally. No one can tell me why Zelle has been suspended. This is ridiculous
