It is totally disappointing the way this bank is heading. I have been a banking customer with ********************** since they were Charter One Bank. 30+ years now. They are closing all of the locations closest to my home/ work and on top of it they close the banks at 4 p.m. SO, what the h*** is someone who works till 5 as most of us do...suspose to do if you need to see a teller. I don't get a lunch hour and if I did it would take the entire hour to get to the bank, and return to work on time. Can't get in to see a living breathing individual anymore. I wanted to make an appointment with someone regarding a home loan pre approval for my son ... but, no one works anymore. SO Citizens will loose this business. COME ONE YOU SUITED IDIOTS making decisions to close the bank before 5 p.m. It is also a P.I.A. to call customer service regarding online banking. You wait on hold like 45 min to talk to someone you can't even understand or they don't or can't help you with your issues. This bank is going down the tubes fast. No customer service anymore. We as working full time Americans are now expected to do everyones jobs. I have a full time job already and I don't feel like doing the bankers jobs too. LEADERSHIP oh... sorry, there is non here. BANKING HOURS need to be at least until 5 or 6 p.m. if only at the drive thru - anything is better than what you have now. LONG TERM CUSTOMER DISGUSTED with the changes ********************** is making and treating their customers. Obviously they don't appreciate long term customers if they are now willing to change the banking hours - they will loose customers.
