              The treament that we received from the *********, ********** Branch of Boston Private was HORRIFYING!!!When my husband passed away suddenly they started treating me very poorly but in a passive agressive way and started gaslighting me. We've had accounts there for OVER 30 years beginning with *********** When Boston Private Holding company purchased ********** it went down hill rapidly but we continued to bank with them. We had several account with them, We had never had service charges on any of our accounts for over 30 years. The month my husband passed away they changed our accounts to be service chargedl. When I asked them to reverse the charges and change the service charge setting they told me they would but didn't and kept blowing me off. When I asked them why they were charging the accounts they said "Well, we ARE a PRIVATE bank"!!!! So, OVER 30 years of banking there and now they decide we can't be part of their little 'club' anymore??? WHAT?!?!?! As you can imagine we were deeply, deeply grieving and Boston Private took that as an oppurtunity to kick us while we were down. They're the LOWEST OF LOW!!!!
