    I've been using BankFive for several years. It was a good bank until about a month ago when I attempted to move $6000 to an external account. The transfer was declined (without an explanation) and at that point the money was "missing in action" - it never landed in the target account and it also wasn't credited back to the BankFive account. It took 3-4 weeks for me to get my money back (June 21 => July 15) during which I called BankFive support multiple times and spent hours on the phone trying to chase back my money. It also included many instances where the customer support team promised a response and didn't follow up. The problem was only resolved when I pestered them to credit me the money while they work to get it back from the 3rd party that handles external transfers.I definitely suggest caution when using the External Transfer, but based on the customer support experience, I would suggest caution using Bank Five altogether.

We have been educated on the new process for getting returns back from our vendor, as there was a process change that we were not made aware of. This is not an excuse, or an acceptable way for you to have been treated while trying to recover your funds. Weve addressed internally the communication gaps you experienced, and have plans in place to eliminate lack of communication going forward. Please accept our sincere apology for letting you down.
